Senior Buyer, indirect procurement

Job Summary: This procurement role is focused on purchasing Human Resource services, such as Health Benefits, Compensation Benefits, HR BPO as well as Recruitment and Contingent Labor. You will work on strategic initiatives for supply base management practices to include the management of supplier reviews, performance tracking and agreement conformance. Qualifications: 4+ years in procurement with direct experience in procuring services, preferably HR services. Strong analytical, statistical and organizational skills as well as a strong customer focus and ability to communicate with business partners at all levels of the organization.
