Job Summary: This defense contractor needs a strategic HR Partner to handle a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, staffing, compensation, OR/OE and business partnership. Focus is on assuring alignment and synergies of HR Strategy with the business and being able to manage a complex work environment. Qualifications: BS degree, MS preferred as well as 5 years progressive HR experience, preferably in a Fortune 1000 environment. Experience managing multiple locations as well as remote staff preferred as well.
